Single sample Taxonomy analysis tree(单样品分类学系统组成树)

根据每个样本或者多个样本与Silva或者RDP数据库的分类学比对结果,选出优势物种(丰度前N或所占百分比大于指定p)的分类,以此同时画出其所包含在的门纲目科,以树枝状呈现。

单个样本图中圆圈大小代表该物种在该水平所占的比重,圆圈下的数字,第一个表示只比对到该物种(不能比对到该级以下的水平)的序列数,第二个数字表示共有多少序列比对到该物种。
